By using qflextech.com and purchasing any product or service from Quantum Flex Solutions LLC ("QFS"), you agree to these terms.

Services and deliverables

Each engagement, course, and digital product is described on its own page and governed by the terms stated there, including any guarantee, credit window, intake deadline, or delivery timeline. Where a guarantee requires you to show your work, the described materials must be submitted for the guarantee to apply.

Licence

Digital products, templates, frameworks, and course materials are licensed to the purchasing individual or organization for internal use only. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, post publicly, or distribute them. The T.R.U.S.T. Framework™ and all QFS offer names are trademarks of Quantum Flex Solutions LLC.

Payments and refunds

Prices are stated at checkout. Refunds are governed by the guarantee on each offer's page. Certification courses delivered through the Academy are non-refundable once access has been provisioned.

QFS provides governance, security, and education services. We do not provide legal advice. Decisions about your organization's legal obligations remain yours and should be reviewed with your counsel.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QFS's total liability for any claim arising from our services or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Effective October 6, 2026.
